History
Egg Beaters created a whole new category in better-for-you eating. When they originally were introduced in 1972, Egg Beaters were sold frozen, offering the same nutrition as in-shell eggs without all the fat and cholesterol found in egg yolks. In 1994, a refrigerated version was developed, providing a more convenient way to enjoy Egg Beaters.
